Has anyone used the Capital One Savor at WDW?

Thinking about applying for the capital one Savor for next months trip to WDW, which advertises 4% for dining, including fast food, and entertainment, including amusement parks. Can anyone please verify firsthand the 4% for merchandise at WDW Parks and dining, including quick service places at WDW? Another good card might be the Wells Fargo Propel that gives 3% for dining and $0 annual fee but concerned that the counter service might not get coded as restaurants. Thanks
