Has anyone used or is using Diane Mahoney-Brown?

Bill Barchick was my first contact but now it would seem that Diane is dealing with me.

I would be grateful if someone could please tell me what she is like.

Diane was my initial contact before I was assigned my planner Amy, she was great to work with and helpful with suggestions about what I could do if my locations did not work out.

she's helping us. of course i want everything done here and now, but really, she has returned every request or query within a day or two and seems very pleasant. has had good suggestions thus far and we aren't in the planning stage yet, officially. just anxious to hand over the cash and get it finalized!!

We met with Diane in December for site inspection and question/answer session. She was very professional, knowledgable and thorough. She took her time with us and was very accomodating and adaptable as we had to take the two kids with us. I have nothing but good things to say about her.

Diane is our consultant and I have nothing but great things to say about her.

We decided on a Disney wedding about a week before we were going to be in Disney for vacation, and she squeezed me in last minute for a site visit and she was more than helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions. Since then, I've emailed her several times and she always responds within a day or two and gives very detailed responses. She's always very friendly and informative and I really loved getting to meet her when we went down in January. She made us feel much more at ease with the whole planning from 1500 miles away deal! I'm so glad that we got her as our consultant. Her assistant John was great too - he emailed me while she was on vacation one week.

She was my sales consultant and I really liked her. She was so helpful and quick about getting back to me. I think I was kind of a pain because I was trying to schedule the planning session before I actually was assigned my planner, and she went out of her way to get questions answered for me that she doesn't normally have to handle. You are in good hands!

I just got switched from Heidi to Diane... Heidi was absolutely wonderful but was offered another position in Disney weddings and put me in Diane's hands. I haven't spoken with her yet as I am still in the very early planning stages and pretty much just email questions that I have so I am glad to read what other's have to say about her as well... thanks for the help!
