Has anyone used MapleLeafTicket.com to purchase DW park tickets?

I am thinking about getting tickets for DisneyWorld through Maple Leaf Tickets but I'm looking for some feed back from those who have used their services. I usually obtain my tickets from the disney store. As a DVC member I know I can purchase the annual pass at a discount, however some friends will be traveling with us this year who are not DVC members and I am trying to help them save some money on the park ticket purchase.

I have bought tickets from Maple Leaf from the UK and they were great.

we've purchased tickets from Maple Leaf 2x for my Mom and they were wonderful -- no problems at all!

i was going to order them online and have them delivered to my hotel. Did you all do the same? Or did you pick them up or have them mailed to you?

We have APs, but we used Maple Leaf Tix (used our Mousesavers discount with them) to buy additional tickets for other family members that were traveling with us. I had the tickets sent to me at home because I just feel better having them in hand before I leave on vacation. They sent tons of brochures and literature for Disney and other stuff to do and see in the Orlando area. They also included photocopies of the tickets (in case they were lost or misplaced). I can't tell you how valuable that was when 3 people in my party lost theirs while going through the park. Granted, we had to run back to the resort and get the copies of the tickets, but once we got them, we went to guest services and they immediately reissued new tickets and voided the old ones. Oh, and we received a Disney pin with our order, but I'm not sure if that was a special promo at the time...but I think it was. Anyway, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
