Has anyone used LLPP during the holidays?

I was wondering if anyone has bought LLPP during December(especially if you were in that 10th-31st range) and if it made a noticeable difference/more enjoyable trip? Did you have any issue purchasing them? I've heard they can sell out quickly & am not sure if you get any preference if you stay onsite. Do you think it could of really cut down your trip down in days at all ie. if you were planning 5-6 days but could do 3-4....for all the holiday dining/shows I think we would need 4.

I am playing around with the idea trying to add them to our trip & maybe I just need to be talked down LOL We will be doing LLMP either way. If it would seriously make a huge difference and could even cut the trip down in days so we wouldn't have to rope drop/close park and make it a noticeable difference in stress -- I am seriously considering it. It will be 4 of us & the kids will be 17 & 7.

I cannot answer your question, but will say the LLMP is only super effective if you make sure you are clear on how to use it ahead of time. If you have any must-do dining, be sure you are on that the second (literally) you can book it. Holidays there are awesome, but preplanning (then being open to going with the flow when you actually arrive lol) can make a huge difference.

@Disneysince82 have you seen this thread?

With Premier Pass and park hoppers you could get all the LL attractions done in one day, at both parks. I would guess that you could cut one day off a 4 day trip easily.
