Has anyone used L & M Car Rental?

We usually use Alamo at the Orlando Airport, but the last 2 times we flew in, the lines were at least 45 minutes long. We saw that L&M is available, and the rates were great! Has anyone used their service? Is the location at the terminal or is there a shuttle? Are the vehicles fairly new, and do you get to pick the vehicle you want, or do they give you a key for a specific car?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I've used L&M quite a bit. Never had a problem with them. They are located right in the airport and never seem to have a waiting line. You are assigned a car at the desk. Bring proof of insurance if you don't want to purchase theirs (sometimes they ask to see it).

We used L&M last year because the line for Alamo was 3 hrs long! Rented the same car, same price as Alamo and started our vacation much sooner. No problems and very convenient to use. Definately would use them again.

The only problem we had with L&M was our check engine light came on while we were at WDW and we had to drive all the way back to the airport to exchange it. That cost a couple of hours. It would have been nice to have someone bring us another.

We've rented with L & M a few times and LOVE them! I'd read some scary posts, so I was prepared for a hard sell on the insurance. But they have never pulled that...they just ask, I say "no, thanks," and that's it (unlike pushy Alamo). We've even gotten brand new cars a couple of times, and there has never been a line. I highly recommend them.
