Has anyone tried the RMN current offer of 10% Target Cirle on Gift cards?

I am Iso Disney gift cards at a Discount. I am striking out on Rakuten but RMN is showing pending (who knows if it will go through). Curious about the 10% off at Target through RMN and Disney Gift cards?

I only see a Target Circle offer, that RMN is linking too.

That 10% off is clearly marked as not good for Gift Cards and Target is really good at keeping track of gift cards, and not discounting them.

If it is an actual RMN tracker.... I can tell you that in the past RMN hasn't worked on my Target purchases of gift cards. But YMMV...
