Has anyone tried the new Villas at Disneyland Hotel yet?

The rooms look so nice! Just wondering if anyone has stayed there yet, and if so how did you like it? How were the rooms, the building, amenities, etc.

I forgot to add for anyone who is new to DVC (as I was somewhat recently as DVC doesn't have as much of a footprint in Cali) that you may wish to consider renting points from a member for a stay vs paying cash rates direct from Disney as this could likely save you a bunch. We did this for our first family trip to WDW a few years ago and save a bunch compared to what Disney wanted if I booked direct from them. I found a confirmed reservation on this site (I believe they are still a board affiliate/sponsor...?) - https://dvcrentalstore.com/ and this was a great way to go. It seems like the confirmed reservations at VDH are still a bit expensive but I would bet over time they will go down in price

You also get some other perks such as not having to pay for parking (for now) if you stay on points vs cash. Of course do your homework as there is some downside using this method vs paying cash direct to Disney (not as much flexibility on canceling). Just to be clear to my admin friends, I'm NOT offering my points for rental, I've already booked stays for my family and used them all up
