Has anyone taken courses online for their Real Estate Agents license?

I am looking at some online courses so I can take the Real Estate License exam.Has anybody taken online courses to get you ready for a real estate agents exam?
Merrill Institute was one of them and they say their NY State approved.
Anybody??

I used to run a real estate school in VA and MD and we offered online courses. I know the hourly req is higher than in NY but they were HARD and very demanding courses. The instructor led courses always seemed to be the better route, although I did have a few that did very well in the online format.
