Has anyone sucessfully added days in the last 2 weeks?

I am reading on other boards that people are still"being told" they can add days on to their PH?I am wondering if this is factual or that these CM's they are speaking with are not up to date yet.
Anybody?

If you are referring to the source on another board who said that she was told that she would be able to do it, then yes, she is very, very reliable and I would trust her information. CMs with different, contradicting info is nothing new at Disney. The CMs on the phone lines have different information than the CMs in the ticket booths. And the leads in the booths should have more info than the newer CMs at the windows. When the source on the other board says that she no longer is able to add a day, then I would worry.

The CM I spoke with last night would have allowed me to upgrade last night (it was a lead in the ticket booth.) However, since I was simply asking, her official answer is "We no longer sell 6 day tickets." But adding "when you want to do this, bring the ticket to the booth, and a lead can usually make some magic." She (a lead) used the term "lead".

Nope, after asking on four separate occasions at different places and talking to a lead. There was no way to add days to our 5 day park hopper, we could only buy an extra single day or annual pass.

Odd, someone I know upgraded on Friday, 8/31 for $5. (Just found out, or I wouldn't have gone asking last night!)

On the other hand, I witnessed someone denied entry when they were entering on a multiday ticket and when the CM asked what other days they had entered, and they didn't know.

My sister was able to add a day to her sons 5 day park hopper this past Friday for $5. I asked at the Disney Hotel at checkin if we could add an extra day through them and their answer was that since the ticket was bought prior to the ticket increase they could sell us an extra day at their old price·

Please post your outcomes, we are heading there in two weeks and I am hoping to upgrade to 6 day hopper!
