Has Anyone Stayed in the Grand Palms or Terre Verde?

I couldn't find anything on Grand Palms by doing a search on here. I was just wondering if anyone has stayed there before? If so then how did you like it? I know Windsor Hills is a great place to stay but a little out of my price range. I still haven't made up my mind but I'm trying to narrow it down which isn't easy.

I also saw a great townhome in Terre Verde with it's own hot tub which was affordable. The condo in Grand Palms also looked great (just no hot tub or pool which isn't a biggie) but the price was really hard to beat. Thanks for any info.

We stayed at Grand Palms in May and really liked it. It is a small community of condos in the Lindfields section. There is a community pool, hot tub, small fitness area, and tennis courts. The area is really quiet and clean. It is not gated, but we felt safe there. You can park directly in front of your unit. You can't beat the location either. Take the new 429 toll road to the Disney Western Way entrance.

Check the review section of the board. I know there are a couple of reviews there (one is mine).
