Has anyone stayed in Sugar Loaf lately?

About a year ago there was talk of expanding the food servings in Sugar Loaf to be more in line with RPC.

Does Sugar Loaf now offer wine and cordials? Do they serve appetizers with the cheese, crackers and veggies?

I would love to know what is offered at Sugar Loaf. I have been trying to get a room there in July on the 5 + 2 since the first day of the promo. They are sold out. I have been calling every few days and no luck. Am I wasting my time? Today I even called for the more expensive concierge in the main building and they are not available either. I am so frustrated! (I am locked into my mid-july dates)
Please tell me that the Sugar Loaf is not worth it?
ps. I know there are rooms available, just not on that code. If I begged at check in would they ever let me upgrade?

We are staying there in Sept! No wine or cordials in SL. I would upgrade if AP rates come out! But really I am happy with SL! We love GF CL or not!
