Has anyone stayed in BCV room 304?

Can someone describe the view from this room. We stayed in 204 and liked the tranquil view of flowers and the canal. We're thinking of requesting 304 because of the 2 queens, but want to make sure the view from 304 (one floor higher) isn't marred by parking lots or roads. What's the view like from this room?

Should be about the same, but you will be able to see the parking lot because your higher up.

We were in 306 (next door) 2-bedroom dedicated with two queen beds. You could see the parking lot through the trees.
