Has anyone stayed in 6604 and 6606?

We were in 6607 and 6609.Not too far from where you'll be. I liked where we were b/c we were close to the laundry room and not too far from the stairs. Getting to the 7th floor for free drinks wasn't bad either.

We stayed in 6600 & 6602 on our last cruise. We thought it was a great location!

We stayed in 6611 on our last cruise. We liked it better on this deck than deck 2....stairs are very close! Great location! Hope you enjoy your cruise! :cheer2:

I DID, I DID!!! I stayed in 6606 and the adjoining cabin next door. It was right near the elevators, although we never heard any noise from them. It's in the center of everything and close to the kids clubs. Some might find it ideal, and I probaby would have if I never cruised before. On my first cruise I stayed AFT. That is where I like to be because it's convenient to run upstairs for a quick soda or a muffin in the morning, etc. I like being near the Mickey pool, drink station and food area because that's where I spend the most time.
I'm sure you will love your location though. It's not a far walk to ANYWHERE.

Thanks Rachel,
Looks like we are going the same week a year apart... I will be going May 6th.
Funny> Thanks I can't wait to go.

We were in 6610, but we're not the above-referenced ILs. Good room. Nice and central.

We've got 6606, 6604, and 6610. For those of you who've stayed in those rooms, does the noise from either the elevators or the theatre below cause problems?

I have Cat. 6 room 6606 booked for early 2006. I noticed this is a connecting room. Has anyone stayed in it without using the connecting cabin next door? If so- is it noisy? I'm not changing it- just want to know what to expect. Thank you for the insight :) :goodvibes :)

We have stayed in 6606. It is a nice room. We did not share the cabin 6604. The HUGE disadvantage was; the "person" in 6604 was smoking and it was billowing into our room. The security, stateroom, and guest services managers visited the woman every day. She knew that there were people in the next cabin with Asthma but she continued to smoke IN THE ROOM. It got real old for 14 days... Bring a role of duct tape. It reduced the smoke a lot. It's better to have it and not need it.

Other than that, it was great. To the left side of the veranda is a bulkhead of the shp. The disadvantage is one wall os slightly rounded (not a big deal to us). The plus side is, it is a bit more private (the people on the next veranda can't lean over).

Would we stay in 6606 again? YES. :)

Thank you for your reply! The person next door should have been more curteous. That would be horrible! Most smokers I know are considerate of others. Thanks for the duct tape advice. I was wondering why people brought it on board?

IBOUNCETOO, thanks for the review, but that was for cabin 6006, not 6606. I caught it because it said FORWARD and 6606 is MIDSHIP. But thanks anyway.

And B.T.W, the review stated something about smelling food when staying AFT. I stayed AFT, I never smelled food, EVER. Not a problem at all on deck 6.

Ooops, sorry Kaykels! DIS-lexia strikes again! I just discovered that 'room review' section on wdwinfo.com (sometimes I forget to go to the DIS "mother site" to look for info). Did you look up you correct room there? Sometimes people don't post a lot of info in their review, but some of them are quite informative.
