Hi everyone,

We are considering staying in a 3 bedroom suite at the DLH in November. We will have 5 adults and 5 children coming for the first time to DL! (WDW vets) We are very excited! Can anyone tell me anything about this? Room configuration? Pictures? It seems I cannot find anything online about this! Any help would be very appreciated!:)

We did back in 2012. I think I might have pictures some place - I'll see if I can dig them up and post them.

Room was huge so that was nice. Configuration was a little weird though. Family room had a dedicated bedroom attached on one side (2 Queen). On the other side a lock off room (K) and then attached to that bedroom was another bedroom (2Q). It meant that the furthest bedroom either had to cut through the K room or go out to the hallway to get into the family room. It worked for us, but it may not for everyone. And I'm not entirely sure if that's how they're all set up (we had a 3 bedroom at the Grand where every bedroom had direct access to the family room). Bedrooms were a great size and the family room was so spacious and large.

Thanks I would appreciate that! Not sure if I would like people cutting through our room or not? Do they at least have their own bathroom? Funny I can't find any pictures at all of this 3 bedroom on the internet? If anyone has any more info on these, please let me know! TIA!

Here are the pictures I have. Each bedroom does have it's own bathroom and there is also a half bath in the family room.

This is looking from the family room back to the front door. Looking this direction, the dedicated 2Q bedroom is to the left. The king is to the right.

King room off the Family Room. Facing this direction, second 2Q room is to the left, family room to right, bathroom behind me. This room was very large.

2nd 2Q room. This is a regular room; there is a door to the hallway and a connecting door to the king room. Like I said before, you have to cut through the King room to get to the family room if you don't want to have to go outside. You can call to see if they're all set up this way or not.

Hope that helps!

Wow, this was so nice of you! I really appreciate it :) This is helpful-honestly it doesn't look like all that much square footage, but I'm sure it is more spacious than the pictures make it look. It doesn't look like the headboards are the lighted ones? I noticed in your signature you were there last November-how was the weather? This is when we are supposed to come! We have never been to DL, but have been to WDW too many times to count! Also, we were considering PPH, what did you think of that hotel? We really just don't know what hotel to pick, have also considered Courtyard Theme Park.
Thank you again! :)

Always happy to help when I can!

I think it might be the pictures because from what I can remember, it was a lot of room. We traveled with 6 adults and 5 kids and did fine. And yes the headboards all lit up; they just aren't in these pictures. We did a 2 bedroom suite at PPH two years ago (4 adults/4 kids) and I loved it. The room was much larger and we had a theme park view which was amazing! But they don't have a 3 bedroom. Never stayed at the Courtyard Marriott, but have heard great things about it.

We have done Thanksgiving week for the last 7 years (sans one the year I had my youngest) and I love it! Weather is a mixed bag though. We've had 75 degrees and shorts and some years where we've needed parkas. The last few years we do ok with jeans, tshirts and sweatshirts for early mornings/evenings. We have had the occasional rain shower move through but nothing horrible or days on end. Enjoy!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite last summer in the Adventure tower and our rooms looked just like the above pictures. It also had the same layout as described. We had a great view of Downtown Disney!
