Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Maingate East @ Kissimmee?

We're looking for an hotel that allows dogs, but not too expensive. It seems ok from the pictures i've seen. Has anyone stayed at this hotel? Any recommendations of other hotels that are nice, but not too expensive, but accepts dogs? We have a mini Dachshund, so we're not worried about any weight/breed restrictions. Although by the time we go down to orlando, we might have another Dachshund.

We stayed there 3 times,
1. 93'
2. 97'
3. 00'

They were ok for the money and at that time transportation was pretty good. The fridge never worked good though, we had to use a cooler. My dad stayed in a room there in 93 with us and hated every second of it. Im not that picky so it was fine for us. The kids had fun at the club and watched movies and ate for free. Just another hotel for us. Like I said the only issue was the fridge not working right, and they gave us another and same thing. But we havent stayed there since 00'. We have been renting houses ever since and found that to work best for us.
