Has anyone seen the new Disney LEGO minifigures at the LEGO store in DTD?

Okay, I've bought Ursula, too, because I already have Ariel and The Little Mermaid is one of my favorite childhood movies.

Curse you, Disney and LEGO!

I obviously can't decide if I want to go full out and get the whole set or not. The problem is, I like most of them.

I don't know if they've producing more of them, but some stores are getting re-stocked. One of the Lego stores in my area sold out the first weekend they were released, but got in another shipment last week. From what I've read about for the other Lego Minifigure series, it sounds like the they sell out pretty quickly initially and then about a month after they're released they become much easier to find as places get re-stocked. I'm hoping this is the case!

That's what I was hoping for, but in case anyone else is dying for a certain figure, there are plenty on e bay and they can be had for not too much more than retail value. Of course, you will have to pay shipping unless the seller is offering free shipping.

Bought another 10 packs and the first 4 were of the 6 we needed! Ended up getting 5 of the 6 we needed. Now we only need the aliens from Toy story. Not bad, 17 singles and 11 double! Now, how long till I get the last one!!!

I went back to Toys r Us and bought 3 more and score...None of them duplicates! Just still in need of 5 to complete the set. Not bad, bought 15 total (not all at the same time) and only ended up with 2 duplicates (Captain Hook and Buzz Lightyear).

Anyone else have issues with Aladdin's hair? On mine it didn't seem to want to stay on his head...

my wife picked the little martians out today, last one we need! Opened it when we got home, she was 100% sure it was the martians. To bad those martians look so much like Mickey Mouse! Suffice it to say, we still need one more!!!

Thanks LizzyS, I'm going to try to "Pull" the entire set. It would be cheaper to do it on ebay or on here but my girls get so excited seeing if we got one we need. I'm keeping the set for myself, so all the doubles the girls get to play with. Its working out well for both of us.

My local Targets got in a re-stocking shipment over the weekend and I was able to finish out my set! So, if you have Targets in your area, it might be worth calling them to see if they got in any (and if they still have any).

Stopped at my local Toys R Us today after none at 2 different Walmarts. They had 2 boxes that had come in on Saturday. The girl working the service counter was feeling packages for certain ones and had it down to a science. She was fantastic and patient and went through every single one with me. We think we've completed a whole set but I won't know for sure until my boys open them next week when school is done. Hopefully this was a successful trip. If not I'll gladly trade with people here for what we're missing!

I haven't had any luck finding them in stores in my area thus far, but I haven't been running all over the place looking for them, either. I need seven to finish my set and I think at this point I should just go ahead and do that, lol.

I need: Cheshire Cat, Stitch, Captain Hook, Maleficent, Buzz Lightyear, Syndrome, and Aladdin.

Have these doubles that I'm willing to part with: Alien, Alice, and Mr. Incredible.

I think I'm going to acquire most of the remaining ones I need on ebay, but if anyone is still up for a trade, let me know via PM. Even when I complete my set, I might still trade those few doubles for more desirable ones (to me).

It takes 63 packs on average to get all 18 minifigures (assuming you are not searching the packs). It takes 18 packs on average to get the last one. See this link on the "Coupon Collectors' Problem" for more info:

You've gotten 17 of them after buying 28 packs, so you're well ahead of average. Good luck on the last one!
