Has anyone seen the movie "Dear Zachary"....

This has to be one of the most compelling, disturbing and touching (at the same time) movies that I have ever seen. I don't want to give away the story if someone is interested in seeing it, but I will say that it is a documentary that a friend made about his friend. I can't stop thinking about it. Anyone else see this or read the book? The gentleman's name of whom it's about is Andrew Bagby.

I saw it last year and I couldn't sleep after I watched it. There is one major part that I couldn't stop thinking about it. When it was revealed I was totally shocked and wasn't expecting it at all. I will never watch it again.

I caught some of the story on dateline or one of the similar shows a few weeks ago. Didn't know about the film. Very disturbing and sad!

Yes, I know which part of which you speak. There were several parts that made me gasp. As disturbing as it was, I am glad I saw it.

yes, This story was hard to watch and the ending was sad. It did not have to end that way.

I haven't seen the documentary (yet) but I watched the story about it on Dateline a few weeks ago. So heartbreaking

I missed the Dateline piece. Wish I had seen it. What extraordinary people his parents are. I don't think I could've been so strong.
