Has anyone seen the Frito-Lay Skylander Fright Rider packs in Chicagoland area?

I have been searching our local supermarkets, Target, Walmart, etc. for the Frito lay variety packs that have the Skylander's Fright Rider codes for weeks now without any luck. Has anyone seen these packs in the Chigaoland area? DD really wants one of these figures and I'd like to try and win her one for Christmas. Thanks!

Not in Chicago, but in WA. Was browsing the Halloween section at Target just last weekend. DS8 got all excited and pointed out the large bags that have the smaller snack size bags inside (the kind you could give out to Trick or Treaters) and there was Skylander stuff all over them. Hope that Helps.
