Has anyone reopened a membership with HWSC?

I recently closed our Hotwire Savings Club membership - I had it for about 6 months and was very pleased but we are going to WDW with family and want more than 40 Q & C vouchers - we ordered our maximum allottment just the other day and we were hoping to order more.
I wanted to open a membership with connections but that price per year is just too high - has anyone ever closed their HWSC and reopened and if so, how long should I wait? If it is not possible, I may just have a family member open an account and order the vouchers.

I just rejoined HWSC. It took a couple tries for it to work, and I ended up rejoining using my husband's name this time, but I did use the same credit card as I did the first time. I rejoined for the same reason, to order more Q&C vouchers for our August trip.
