Has anyone out there managed to get through to Ohana?

I have been trying for 3 days. I have to call direct for ADRs due to the large number in the party. The voice mail states it's the manager's office and they check it frequently through out the day and right back to me but they have not returned my call.
As the days go by my chance are becoming slim that I will be able to arrange this dinner (wedding rehearsal)
I'm nervous and wonder if anyone else out there has had experience with this?
