has anyone noticed that the EMH hrs for MK are different for the end of June?

According to Disneyworld.com, June 24 and June 27 are now EMH nights for the Magic Kingdom. I guess I need to make some adjustments to my schedule. When I was working on my itinerary, I had EMH on wednesday of the magic Kingdom.

I am checking this now because6/24 was supposed to be an AM EMH for MK and I had PS and stuff planned around that...

OK, I am officially PO'd!!!!!!!

I arrive at 11:30am on June 22 and leave at 11am on June 27. There are ZERO AM EMH days at MK for my time there. ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This seriously bites! They did have one on June 24 and we made PS and everything around that schedule. ARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!! We are SO morning people and not to have any MK AM EMH days is bad! I know that some people are night owls, but frankly, I don't want to brave the crowds that have been reported at MK PM EMH nights.

I supposed it's too freakin' late to comment on this and have them do anything about it too!

Thanks for the info, I like others had planned around the already published EMH hours at the MK. I thought we were going to make both AM EMH and PM EMH, and now it looks like we will miss both. I guess that means we will get more sleep and that we are following the UG advice of avoiding EMH parks whether we intended to or not. I wonder if things will change again before we leave? I will have to make a point of checking the hours regularly. Every time I think I have a handle on this trip, things seem to change.

This stinks. It looks like they flopped the AM and PM schedules. All of the days I had marked as AM EMHs are now PM EMHs and vice versa. This screws up our itinerary and PS' royally

Disney does seem to adjust their hours often in the 11th hour to reflect the expected crowds. Something for everyone to keep in mind when planning. I hope you get everything straightened out okay.

I am still ticked. I have a couple ideas, but not sure which decision I will make. I originally would going to do AM EMH at MK and then leave around 1115am for the last breakfast PS at Chef Mickey's. Not sure I want to do that now when I will have a hour less than I originally planned. This just irritates the heck out of me that I plan things out according to their posted schedule and they mess with it!

Just got off the phone with an incredibly wonderful CM at Disney Dining. Had to change about 7 of my PS (AR)!! He got me everything I needed. Hopefully this will be the last change!!!

For me it actually worked out better. We planned on going both Wed and Friday in mid June. But I hated that it was late on Wed since we go to AK on Thurs. and Epcot for late hours, and back Friday early to MK. Now we can stay late at MK on Friday and it is our off day to switch to HRH on Saturday so no early wake up.

It does really screw up people's itenerarys since we have to plan so far in advance with PS since it is so filled. I just lucked out finally!!!

Have to say that I agree with you. I am really much happier with the PS (AR) that I have now. Much better than my original ones. The change in hours worked out really well for me, for a change. That almost never happens. Of course, they could still change them yet again!!

OK, so what do you all think is best for me?

We are so MK morning people. So I am looking at what's best. I figure to make a PS at Crystal Palace around 8am, if there are spots left. Which day do you think?

Thurs. June 23 - day after AM EMH at MK
Sat. June 25 - day after PM AMH at MK

Personally I think Saturday would be best crowdwise, BUT we are at a private party at MGM on Saturday night and that doesn't even start until 7 or 8pm so I don't know that I want to be at MK at 8am and then try and rest up in the afternoon with 2 kids to make it thru the party. But if its significantly better than Thurs then I might do it anyway.

I lucked out on the date changes where it doesn't affect the days I'll be in the parks avoiding EMH . As a matter of fact, since we'll be at MK on the 9th and the 14th, it will probably be better for me following an evening EMH on the 13th .

Makes you wonder, though, if they'll change the other parks too. What are the chances that I'll continue to be lucky ?

I'm sorry for those that this is messing with in a bad way .
