Has Anyone lost their ADR online?

The other day I was online trying to make some additional ADRs. I got a breakfast at Ohana's for 6 put it in my cart...selected some special requirements. Clicked to make reservation and the next thing I know I get an error message saying the system is busy please call a number. Called the number and was told the ressie was already taken by someone else. It clearly says on the page it will remain in your cart for 20 if inactive and 2 hours if active. Can you get trumped out by people on the phone? Anyone ever experience?

Sounds like the system crapped out and it never actually made it to your cart. If it's there then phone or other online people should not be able to take it. That's not to say it can't happen even though it shouldn't. I'm sure it's possible with a huge system like this and the amount of people on it everyday.

Happened to me too, no error message...just kind of disapeared. DD called to find out what happened, all we know is the ressie never went through. Of course, it was one we REALLY wanted...better luck next time!
