Has anyone had V.I.P. seating in Paris at Epcot?

We will be at Disney for 14 days this July. When I went to pay for the reservations through Disney they had been cancelled by accident. I talked to a really great lady in guest relations and she said for our trouble she was setting us up with VIP seats in Pais for illuminations. This sounds great so I said sure, problem is I have no idea what this is. If anyone knows or has done it could you please tell me what it's all about.

I dont know exactly but here is a story from last week, my ds 17 who ventured out on his own into epcot struck up a conversation with a cm named vinnie. Vinnie told him he would give my ds great special seating for illuminations if he changed from a yankees fan to a red sox fan, my ds said thanks for the offer but no. He said, well guess what I am giving it to you anyway!! I cant ask because he is at school, I think he said he had to come back by a certain time, I dont know if he had a special paper or ticket etc, but he said it was only him and like 14 other people and they were right up close to the water and no one else was with them.
