So someone screwed up somewhere (SEARS or DISNEY)We will be leaving for WDW sept 12-22 then 22-25 disney wonder.they didn't realize that I was taking the cruise after my WDW trip,so they figured they still had time to send my documents, they were wrong.Oh well, now my question is has anyone had to pick up their travel documents for the cruise at the port,is this a hassle,I can't believe you pay a travel agent to do all of this for you,and they don't.I'll be on vacation ,and now I have to worry about these little things, that can't be right? Thanks.

HI there
I booked on Thursday and was told my docs are being shipped over night by UPS to me.. Disney said it was no charge.. CAll them with your ressie number and see if they will do that for you..

good luck and do not worry..

You should be able to download your docs from the DCL website.

You'll need to enter your DCL confirmation number and date of birth to recall your reservation information, then click on My Cruise Documents.

The docs are in pdf format. Open each document, complete it, then print.

We booked a cruise last minute, 2 days before she sailed. We had no option but to pick docs up at port. This is as easy as easy could be. When you get to the top of the escalator there is a round type desk with cruise castmembers attending it. They will have your docs alll ready to go, everything hi-lited that you need to complete. Fill them out quickly and go get in line to check in. Daughter and I had them completely filled out and we were in line before hubby even got the car parked and got inside. Very quick, very painless.
