Has anyone had problems with tom tom

Little miffed today, i have a tom tom 910 model, only 11 months old. went to use it last week, i switched it on, to find the screen frozen, i then switched it off, to find it would not switch back on!

Yesterday i went to try and put some music on it, yep again screen frozen and i switched it off to find that the screen would not turn off.

I took it back to the shop to today, the sale person quoted have you reset it, to my reply YES.

She gets her pin form her badge and tries to reset it, she hands it over and says there you go, my reply was whilst handing it back to her "try and get it to work, the screen is frozen"

Oh i see it is broken, we have to send it off, to Holland it will take four weeks :scared1:

I need it tomoorow for work great, they don't offer a loan one. I was rather miffed as i paided over £400 for it.

Sorry for ranting.

Has anyone had the same problem.
 
I had exactly the same problem. I bought it online and called the shop and they said to send it back, then they sent me a brand new one out straight away. I would ask for a replacement if I were you....
 
I asked for a replacement form the shop and was told no. and they only replace the product if it cost under £100.
