This has been a doozy of a week! I am absolutely livid with the customer service (or lack thereof) at linensnthings.com . I placed an order for 2 heated mattress pads a couple weeks ago. One arrived last Thursday. The only contact information I can find ANYWHERE on their website is an e-mail request form. I have completed this with my concern about 5 times.
A couple days ago, I was able to find a phone number. I did find it odd that nobody was available at that extension and I had to leave a message, which I did. Of course, I still have not heard back. For the life of me, I can't find the phone number again. I'm wondering if they just removed it???
I was just wondering if I'm the only one who has had problems with them. This missing mattress pad was supposed to be part of a gift this week. At this point, I just want my money back and want nothing more to do with them. Trying to be good about not using my cc, I used Paypal. I have a bad feeling I have no recourse now, since I can't get my cc company involved to get my money back.
If anyone has used them and has any sort of contact # on your receipt or packing slip, I would greatly appreciate the #. I feel very helpless in this situation. It should not take one full week to get a response.
Now I'm off to try to find the buy.com refund policy. I purchased refurbished 2 way radios for my ds's Santa gift. I'm glad I tried them tonight because they do not work. Nothing like a little stress to get in the Christmas spirit
