Has anyone had issues with lnt.com...anyone have a contact phone #?

This has been a doozy of a week! I am absolutely livid with the customer service (or lack thereof) at linensnthings.com . I placed an order for 2 heated mattress pads a couple weeks ago. One arrived last Thursday. The only contact information I can find ANYWHERE on their website is an e-mail request form. I have completed this with my concern about 5 times.

A couple days ago, I was able to find a phone number. I did find it odd that nobody was available at that extension and I had to leave a message, which I did. Of course, I still have not heard back. For the life of me, I can't find the phone number again. I'm wondering if they just removed it???

I was just wondering if I'm the only one who has had problems with them. This missing mattress pad was supposed to be part of a gift this week. At this point, I just want my money back and want nothing more to do with them. Trying to be good about not using my cc, I used Paypal. I have a bad feeling I have no recourse now, since I can't get my cc company involved to get my money back.

If anyone has used them and has any sort of contact # on your receipt or packing slip, I would greatly appreciate the #. I feel very helpless in this situation. It should not take one full week to get a response.

Now I'm off to try to find the buy.com refund policy. I purchased refurbished 2 way radios for my ds's Santa gift. I'm glad I tried them tonight because they do not work. Nothing like a little stress to get in the Christmas spirit:goodvibes
 
I've had bad luck with Christmas gifts also this year.

I bought 3 Hot Air Popcorn Poppers. One I was keeping, to try out and find the right popcorn kernels. It worked great the first two times but then didn't work anymore. Now I have to come up with new gifts. What was more annoying was the e-mail response I got from the company that makes the Popcorn Machine.

All their stores went out of business last year. Is it a company that bought the website??
 
Yes. In all of their policy information, it clearly defines a "before Feb. 2009" and after that date. I didn't read all that when I ordered...I didn't know the stores had gone out of business.

I went ahead and ordered a different mattress pad from Amazon.


***Oh, and I'm also out of luck with the 2-way radios. Buy.com has a strict 30 day policy, so I'm stuck with those, too. Ugh.
