Has anyone had house keeping unlock their Dead Bolt to check the room to be cleaned while you were still in it?

If that were me, as they came out of the room ignoring me when I asked who they were and what were they doing in my room, the first thing I would have done was call 911 to file a police report.
What if something was missing.
I read a few months ago about a guest that had some very expensive prescription medications go missing while her and her family were out of the room. I never heard what the outcome was.
I am not saying they were in your room doing anything illegal however people have to remember bad things can happen at Disney.

You do not know who these people are If they refused to identify themselves by ignoring you as they left your room, you have no idea why and for what reason they are in your room if they ignore you.
The other question I would have asked is why was the housekeeper blocking your room door and why won't they let you in your room.
If anything that was just rude for ignoring you.

I do believe it was a language barrier issue, but I was definitely freaked out and checked my room thoroughly upon entering to make sure nothing was amiss. As I mentioned, I did at least go to the front desk to make aware and voice my discomfort with the situation and did talk to the mouse keeping manager. Hopefully that kept someone else from experiencing such an unnerving situation as that.

I am glad everything worked out and was ok. The thing that would have raised my red flag was the part when they ignored you when you asked them who they were and what were they doing in your room, also the housekeeper blocking your door.

As far as the language barrier I think if Disney is going to hire cast members who speak no English they should teach them some basic English. I know Disney hires a lot of people from other country's this is the least they could do. My wife and I have been on many Disney cruises over the years. Most of the crew are from other country's. Everyone we have ever encountered have spoke enough English to get by who was not a direct guest contact crew member. All of the direct guest contact crew spoke English or enough to have a basic conversation with the guest.

At one time they had a language bank where they would call and have someone translate over the phone for you. The way it worked was they handed you the phone, you asked a question then handed the phone back to the cast member for the translation then the cast member handed you the phone back with the answer.
