We found out today that Claudine Sanchez will be our coordinator for our planning meeting on Friday. I hope someone out there can tell me good things about her. We are getting very excited about getting things started. How long will the first meeting take? We are having a custom with about 60 guests, a pre-recep and reception with a fireworks/dessert party at Epcot. We have already completed everything in the planning kit. The only things we have left to determine are flowers and cake. Two or three hours?
