Has anyone gotten Renaissance across from Sea World on Hotwire?

We are wanting to stay at the Renaissance across from Sea World for one night after our cruise and was wondering if anyone had ever gotten that hotel off of Hotwire? What other hotel is good to stay at if you're going to Sea World just for one day. We'll be flying home the next day. Thanks!

I have not seen the Renaissance on Hotwire. The Hilton Garden Inn, which is located next to the Renaissance, is sometimes available through Hotwire. Both of these hotels are within walking distance of SeaWorld. There are a lot of hotels on the Hotwire list for the SeaWorld-I Drive South Area. I would recommend checking betterbidding.com if you are trying to get a specific hotel. Many of the hotels in this area are by the Convention Center, which is close to SeaWorld but not within walking distance. If you are unsure of which hotel is listed under Hotwire for yoyr date, some of the "experts" on betterbidding.com may be helpful in identifying the hotel.

Have you checked out the new Fairfield Inn & Suites Seaworld?
I've seen that property at great rates, it's brand new. Many timeframes are under $75/night including tax.

I always found it better to book directly with Marriott and then watch for deals as they almost always lower their rates on rooms as dates become nearer.

Right now:
From $89/night

And your source?

Seriously I get Marriott brands more then just about any other so I find this hard to believe!

I work for the company - very few franchise hotels are on there, but no corporate-run hotels (which are most of the orlando resort area hotels)

You might consider registering on their site under the Marriott Rewards program as they often send discount and special promotions to Reward Members by e-mail - it's a Free program.
