Has anyone gotten any good discount rates for a Disney Resort in Sept.?

I'am wanting to go in Sept. I'am trying to find out how to get a good discount rate. What kind of rate is everyone getting and how did you get them. Are there any discount codes out for Sept. that anyone can use for room only? I really need to try to get the lowest rate I can. I would like to stay in a moderate, WL, or AKL. Thanks

I just got a $109/night rate for the WL for the end of September, but it was a postcard rate and I needed the pin to get the rate. AP rates may be coming out soon for that timeframe... do you have annual passes?
