I have a 3 yo ds and an 8 yo dd who are interested (well the dd is, anyway!).

What in the world do they do with the 3 yos? Do parents come along?

Any info would be appreciated!!

TIA!

Judy

My DS did the cruise in 2000. You meet at GF and sign your child in. You are given a receipt. Hold on to it because you cannot get your child(ren) back without it. They put bandanas on all the kids and you go to a bin to find a life jacket. The kids cannot go any further until it is all fastened and check. The boat has a middle row of benches. The go around to the lagoon(sp) resorts using a treasure map. They are given a light snack and juice boxes. The treaure is an eye patch, plastice necklace, various little plastic figures and some candy if I remember correctly. You CANNOT go with the kids. If you have a concern about the 3yr old maybe you can find something different to do that would be special for him/her.

My ds and dd did this last year and they were 3 and 5. They both had a great time. My 3 year old was almost 4 and she will do anything her big brother will do, so she wasn't scared at all. They had a great time and my dh and I had a great breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe. It wound up being a great way to end our trip.

My children did the cruise this past Feb. They were 6 and 9 at the time. There were not many kids younger than 5 on this particular cruise. I guess it was unusual to have so many older ones but great for my nine year old who worried about being too old! My kids loved it! The CMs were great and really entertaining.
