Has anyone ever used those TA online that specialize in Disney?

We use Dreams Unlimited Travel. Every trip we have always had any discounts applied to our trip. Love getting the email from our agent telling us that she just saved us some money!
They also own the Disboards too.

We've used travel agents for our cruises (for the extra OBC), but this is the first time we've used a TA for WDW. We booked with thr travel agency you aren't supposed to name on dis, with their "magical labour day deal". I only booked with them because of the deal. I did all my own ADRs (by choice), so really it hasn't been any easier for me to go through an agent. No worse though (so far). Decent reply time (couple of hrs), even when my agent was on holidays, she responded by end of day.
