Has anyone ever used Starwood "instant rewards" @ The Swan?

I will be at The Swan for 3 nights in early December. It is a solo trip.

I already have a fair amount of Starwood points from previous trips to The Swan.

What does The Swan have for those Starwood "instant rewards" ? Can I get a buffet breakfast on instant rewards ?

I really want to spend those points on this trip because it looks like it will be my last time to use them before they expire.

I now have 7,104 points, and that's NOT including what I will earn when I spend 3 nights there THIS December.

I inquired while I was there for using points for the massage I had and it was an enormous amount for what it cost. I can't remember how many exactly, but it was wayyy more than the $55. You can get cash and points for nights that are much more worth it. Maybe there are other instant rewards that would be worth it also.
