Has anyone ever tried to use prepaid labels to ship things BACK from a DVC resort?

Long time reader, first time poster...

I am planning on shipping clothing down for an upcoming visit to BWV at the beginning of May. I thought about possibly printing out prepaid Fedex labels to ship back the items when finished. Has anyone ever tried to drop off boxes with prepaid labels at the BW business center?

I have shipped boxes back from BCV (their store) using pre-printed labels and there wasn't a problem. I have accounts with both UPS and Fed Ex, so prefer to do it this way. I just preprint the labels with an estimate of weight, they will make any adjustments necessary when the package is scanned into their system.

On our last trip at SSR, they printed a label for us for FedEx. They had a form for all the information and printed it no problem. You do need an account already with FedEx. I assume the same thing for UPS. So if you forget your form you still can do it.

I regularly ship a box with needed essentials (bulky robes, park food, laundry detergent) down prior to our stay and include a pre-paid return label in it for return. Have to get all those souvenirs home somehow! When we're ready to leave, I hand the box to bell services who makes certain it gets on the UPS truck. We've never encountered a problem. The Owners Locker is a great idea also if you plan to visit frequently. We visit just once or twice a year so shipping is cheaper - though not necessarily easier.

Same here. We shipped several boxes back and forth last Christmas. We knew what the weight was so I just pre-printed the labels and had Bell Services pick up the boxes.
