Has anyone ever traded for the Harborside Villas at Atlantis, Bahamas?

Friends were just at Atlantis and stayed at the Corals at the Hotel and raved about the resort. I'm considering looking into doing a trade, but wondered what others thought?

The Villas on that property are really quite a distance from the rest of Atlantis, meaning all the pools and other attractions. They say there is a shuttle, but I'm concerned we'd just be so far away from it all.

Don't get your hopes too far up. The ongoing buzz I've seen on this property on TUG is that it hardly ever comes up for trades, and when it does, it's generally only for bottom barrel off-season times. Your best bet may be to post there about a trade, offering high season (ergo, holiday time) at WDW in return.

what beachblanket said is the general concensus here. FYI though, DB and DSiL traded into The Harborside this past October using their Orlando Sheraton Vistana Timeshare. They said it was awesome, and that the villas weren't that far away--less than a 10 minute walk. They don't have any kids though, so walking wasn't a big deal for them. Neither was taking a week in October. They inquired about a trade in July or August I think, and the end of October came up so they took it.
