Is there a trip report place based on room #s in this forum? Does anyone know about the noise level in 5514? Would it be better to get our rooms swtiched now to the 6th or 7th deck? We picked the 5th floor for it's convenient location to the Oceaneer's Club.

Suggestions anyone???

Thanks in advance! :boat:

We were in cabin 5516 last December; no noisy disturbances to speak of during our cruise. :D

We stayed in 5514 on our very first DCL Cruise!!! We had paid for a Cat 11 and got upgraded to this room a Cat 8.
It was a great spot, not noisy at all and close to the children's clubs, also easy access to the theatre on Deck 4 and the nightclubs on Deck 3.
You should be fine there I would think.

Whew!

I was getting worried. Thanks! :boat:

We stayed in 5512 and loved it, I have sailed Disney 5 times and this was my 2nd favorite (only to my navigators verandah :) ). We had no noise, it is actually a lot quieter down there because it is not a high traffic area. You do not get the hallway noise like in other areas of the ship because only people that have rooms down there are going down that way. The other thing I really liked about it was that you never got that endless hallway feeling, on the decks where it is all rooms in both directions I always get that feeling, this area was great. I think you will enjoy it, it is very convienent for the Oceanear's Lab/Club and really just everything, because it is such a short hallway of rooms it made everything else feel a lot closer :)
