Lady (from Lady and the Tramp) for a meet and greet?

I can't find her on any list but DD really wants to find her this trip

TIA

Hey fellow NJer!! (I am from Mendham! :wave2: )

I love finding characters, but I have never seen Lady or Tramp. :( Never ever seen anyone from that movie. I think I read about people meeting maybe meeting Lady (or some character from that movie) back in the 1980's or something, but not anytime recently. Lady and the Tramp is a movie that is not represented much at Disney World. :( Would be nice to meet them, though!

Lady and the Tramp don't do Meet and Greets but if you give your autograph book to the waiter (or host out front - you don't have to eat there) at Tony's then they will take your book to the kitchen and have Lady and the Tramp "autograph " it for you. It's a cute little paw print stamp.

Have you done this recently? We had breakfast at Tony's a few weeks ago and they just said "Lady and Tramp were vacationing today" when DD asked why they weren't there

Also, if you have time, stop by the Pop Century resort. The main entrances to the 50s building are HUGE statutes of Lady & Tramp. I was with a friend who was a huge L&T fan and she loved them!

It seems that Disney doesn't have meet & greet characters that primarily walk around on all fours in the movies. :confused3 I never seen or heard of, characters from the films, Lady and the Tramp or The Aristocats. Or characters like Simba, Pumbaa, Bambi or Bagheera doing meet & greets.

I never thought of it that way, but you're right.. never seen a character that
only walked on all fours on the movies at a meet and greet...

They actually did used to have characters from the Aristocats for meet and greets at the parks back in the 70's or 80's. Maybe more the 70's. I have only seen them in photos, but it was Scat Cat and a few others as well. :)

Lady and the Tramp is my favorite movie. I have a solution though... just buy a cocker spaniel!! :rotfl2:

Dont forget there's a cute "hidden" L&T item to look for: Their initials in a heart are etched in the concrete outside of the entrance to Tony's Town Square restaurant in the MK! :)

He always walks on all 4's

I was really disappointed when I found out that Elliot from Petes Dragon is not ther at all, its as tho he dosent exist  Now why is this, hes like an original!!!!!!!!

I agree that Pluto and Eeyore are two examples of characters that walk on all fours in their respective cartoons. (a case can be made for Dumbo also)
However the other characters they appear with mostly walk around on two legs and are drawn more cartoonish. I don't think I ever thought it odd that these meet & greet characters are walking on two legs, but if I saw a meet & greet Bambi character walking down Main Street on two legs I might. This is why I think Disney doesn't have meet & greet characters for Bambi, Simba Lady and the Tramp etc.
