We are getting very excited about our October F & W Festival trip, but I cannot find our AP's. We have moved twice in the last year and I cannot find them anywhere. Of course I did not write down the info on back, like everyone says you should. Can we just go to one the GR's at one of the parks fo another copy? Have any other boneheads out there done this? :scared:

Don't worry--it's very simple. Just take your photo ID to a Guest Relations window in one of the parks and they can look up your pass information and have it reissued.

I left one in a Fastpass machine at AK once. It was the next morning, walking towards MGM when I realized it was gone and what had happened. GS replaced it within minutes, but we did have other passes. I think they looked it up by name or phone number or address, maybe. I certainly didn't have the number off the back of the missing pass. I'm sure it will work out. Good luck!

I have lost misplaced and put through the wash ( only got a piece of plainplasticy papaer back after that one ) my APs at least 10 times in the past year. The last time i had to replace them i got a strange look from the CM but they replaced them everytime.

NOT to worry we always got ourse replaced at GRs with just a picture ID. Once my husband even went to get a new one just because his old one had Minnie mouse on it and he felt WIERD haha..he's nuts!

My mom had hers replaced after she accidently tossed her lanyard into Crescent Lake by MGM.....I say tossed, what happened is she removed a rain parka and in doing so the lanyard came off too and plop! into the water it went.
Along with her AP and drivers license!

Guest Services was very good about replacing it for her, even without the license. My dad had to positively id her!

Hubby lost his before, no problem replacing it. Go to guest relations and you will be good to go.

Getting a new AP is no problem. Guest Relations has all your info on file. They will issue you a replacement for the balance of the time on your AP and cancel out the old one.

My oldest daughter had all of my little one's passes in her wallet. On our last night there in our Jan trip, she bought them popcorn and left her wallet at the popcorn stand. It also had my neice's 5 day hopper pass in it. The cast member found the wallet, looked up the address by the info on the back of the ap's and mailed it back to us, wallet and all. The weird thing is, we did not even realize it was missing until it showed up in the mail. Just a little bit of the Disney magic.

We got our APs on our recent July trip on a Saturday. We were on our way to Magic Kingdom on Sunday night to see Spectro and realized we had everybody's pass except DH. My theory was that he left it in the FP machine earlier that day. Anyway, we went to guest services and they asked for his driver's license and issued a new one immediately. The CM was so nice - he even gave us 6 fastpasses to use "for our trouble". That made our night!

Yeah, we lost our APs somewhere between our last trip and our upcoming one. A quick call to the passholder hotline got my passholder ID number for me, and they said that I'd just need to show my ID.

I noticed that you said you'd moved, so your ID might not have the same address. Call up and verify your old address to get your passholder ID, just to make it easier on the CM when you get to Guest Services. I don't know if it will or not, but it might make them happy that you at least made the gesture. :)
