Has anyone ever had to switch the dates of their cirque tickets?

It looks like I am going to have to change the dates of my Disney vacation. I have already purchased my Cirque tickets and I have them at home. Does anyone know if I can still switch the dates to see Cirque. I don't need a refund (which you can't get) I need to change the day I go. Any ideas??

I believe the Cirque policy is "No exchanges, No refunds," so you may be out of luck. But the only way you'll know for sure is if you call them. If you simply need to move to another date -- and you have a valid reason for it (as opposed to, "we changed our minds"), they should be relatively accommodating. But do realize that it's entirely possible that they won't do that, based on stated policy. You'll likely have to speak to a ticketing manager or and operations manager or someone like that.

Good luck!

My sisterinlaw had to change the dates of her trip and when she called they were very helpful and let her switch...so even though it says no refunds or exchanges I would give it a try.

I had a similar situation a few years ago...

My SIL bought DH and I tickets for our Christmas present - banking on us being able to use them that particular night.

Unfortunately, DH got sick... I called the box office and spoke to a supervisor, and they allowed me to switch them to another night about a month later.

Problem resolved:tongue: Since we are staying CL at the BWI, the intinerary planner took care of switching the dates for me and I am all set with my new dates. :D Thanks for your help!:D
