ok so we had booked our vacation and got our tickets and stuff...now we switched cause pop century opend under the visa deal...so they are telling us we need to mail our park tickets back before they can credit us...that makes me nervous cause what if they get lost in the mail or something..has anyone ever had to do this ..or give me some advice to make this a smooth transaction...thanks..

I would send them back certified mail/FedEX. If you are just not comfortable mailing them at all, I would call and ask if you can turn them in when you check in at the Resort and get the credit at that time.

I have a question for you, who did you call to find out about turning in your passes for the Visa deal? When I have called, a couple times, I was told I could not get credit for my passes, and I would not be able to go with the package deal.

I'm still not sure if it would be worth it as we have two kids under 9 and one over 9.

we were told to call 407-566-4985 and they would instruct us what to do about the refund..they are the ones who told us to return them and then they would credit us back....

I would also fedex or UPS overnight them and insure them as well.

I did this once with MNVSHP tickets to exchange for another date. I just sent them registered mail thru the postal service. No problem and I had the receipt that Disney got them.

Any of the options told except regular mail are good. I use certified\return receipt or Fed-Ex and UPS. All get a signature for you which you can get on-line except the USPS.
