Has anyone ever had the Elemis Absolute Face and Body Therapy at the Vista Spa?

What exactly does it intale? I have never heard of a pressure-point facial. What is this? Do they cleanse the face like a normal facial or is it just a massage?

I have never had any spa treatments and would love to try some on board but there is so much to choose and I feel a little confused. Any suggestions?

I have never done the face and body one but I did do the Spa Taster and that one was great! You get a nice message for the back and shoulders and then a relaxing facial. I think it would be great for a beginner!

I do this treatment all the time and LOVE it!!
The facial is very long and involved, and it usually puts me to sleep. I love the fruit active mask and bought some to use at home because the scent reminds me of the cruise. They start off with the massage, then flip you over for the facial. It is a long, luxurious treatment, and I highly recommend it.

I tried it on our last cruise after reading Barb's love of it. It is *the best* and so worth it. My girlfriend and I booked a couple's version (we sent our dh's on a couple's massage experience, what a riot) and LOVED it. We didn't talk at all during the massage or the facial, but at the end they leave you alone for awhile for the last treatment to soak in and we started chatting and giggling and the spa ladies were laughing at us because we were supposed to be relaxing.

It is SO hard to turn over when the massage part is finished, but the facial is just as good!

This is the one with the shiatsu and reflexology, correct? Is it cheaper if couples do it together? I didn't see the prices for couples on DCL web site.
