Has anyone ever gotten a Free Dinng PIN that doesnt work???

On June 25th, I got this email from Disney Destinations

"Since you’ve been here before, we wanted to make it easy for you to come back and see us again. That’s why we’re serving up this scrumptious special offer! We’re even giving you lots of dates to choose from.

Enjoy a FREE dining plan when you purchase a non-discounted 5-night/5-day Walt Disney Travel Company room and ticket package at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels!

For arrivals most nights 8/25–10/2/13,
10/18–10/31/13, 11/11–11/23/13,
11/30–12/4/13 and 12/15–12/22/13.

Book by 8/14/13.


Since I got the email on June 25th I have tried every date, every hotel and every combination and I get the same error:
The Resort you selected is unavailable. Please select another. Even when I don't select a hotel and only select the "Check Category Availability", I still get the same error. I called the telephone number that was given inthe email and gave the CM the same info and she can't figure it out either. She asked me to send her the email so I did and she is escalating the issue. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this happen before?

There is a glitch on the website giving no availability, so you have to call to book it. What dates are you trying to book? If the phone CM is showing no availability, one or more of your dates may be sold out under the PIN code. Also, you must book a minimum of 3 nights to use it.

I had this exact issue with the website over the weekend. My TA called Disney yesterday and there was a lot of availability for our dates, even at the value resorts. Make sure you call and double check your dates. Good luck!!

I will try again, the CM I talked to must not have known what she was talking about!
 
Glitch. It's been that way for over a week (at least for me).

I sent an email to DD last evening. Hopefully it will be cleared up soon.
 
Same here - I tried with my PIN and also not showing ANY availability...

Update -

I received a reply back this morning.

The pin link is now working. :cool1:
 
i just called.....CM just told me no availablity at any place for my dates (Nov.30-Dec. 8). She was just as surprised. She couldn't believe it. She told me to call back in a week.:guilty:

I wonder if thats still a glitch or correct :confused3

Has to be a glitch. I see ASSports, AOA, CB, FW, AKL...
