HI, I have used Priceline in the past for a rental car and got a great deal. It was from National.I was thinking of using it again but I was wondering if anyone has ever had to go off site to get their car? I want to pick it up at the airport. I thought I read somewhere that they could give you a dealer off site and since you can't get a refund I want to be sure of this first. Thanks so much for the help :goodvibes

Yes, you can get Hertz, which is offsite. But it really is very painless; their buses are right there waiting, and it's only a five minute drive. They're right near 528 so it's convenient once you pick up your car.

We got a great deal from Thrifty last April and they're off-site.
Off-site at MCO is no big deal. If you can get a great deal off-site take it.
Good luck.

Priceline only books at the 5 "major" rental agencies... and the only one of those off site at MCO is Hertz....haven't see them come up much lately at MCO (mostly Avis and Alamo it appears)....once I got Hertz at MCO through Priceline (4 maybe 5 years ago) and was all in a tiz because it was off site....honestly I think we were on the road faster than we would have been had I had to stand in the Alamo line at the airport!!

The buses come by every 2 to 3 minutes, only pick up one or 2 families and head off...they had no line at the counter on arrival (probably because they had 7 or 8 agents working vs 3 at Alamo and Avis) and we were off in a jiffy....would not be upset if I ever got them there again.
