Has anyone ever done/seen a character greet with the Blue Fairy?

I know you can see the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio in the parades. But has anyone ever seen her in a spot to be able to take a picture with her or sign an autograph?

As I hear, she is exclusive to Parades right now. She may be out for meet-and-greets if the Share A Dream parade is cancelled that day, but even then, it's not likely or guarenteed that she will be out.

That stinks. My daughter LOVES the Blue Fairy. She's grossly underrated!
