How do they handle damaged product returns?
We just recently got a Peg Perego Pliko and the handle is completely broken. And of course being that it's Thanksgiving they are not open....
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and how it was dealt with.
I'm hoping I don't have to pay for shipping back to them......
