Here is the description from Disney's web site. I'm wondering if this is just a bus tour that drives around and you don't get off the bus, or do they stop and let you walk around the Turtle Farm, Hell, etc??? Thanks!

Grand Cayman Island Tour (2 hours)

Venture beyond the beach to discover the hidden charms of the island. You'll travel via air-conditioned bus through the quaint streets of George Town and past the storybook-perfect Gingerbread House to the diabolical rock formations of an eerie island wonder called "Hell." Then it's on to the world's only turtle breeding operation of it's kind, Cayman Turtle Farm.

Adult Price: $27 (ages 10 and above)
Child Price: $21 (ages 3-9)†
Departure Time: 10:00 am, 1:25 pm

Yes, they stop at Hell for at least 1/2 hour and the visit to the Turtle Farm is about 1 hour. There is also a stop at a Rum Cake Store on the way back to town.

This is a very nice tour, although, we did it on our own.

You can catch a van/cab right up the dock at the taxi dispatch station. They do the exact same tour for about $15 per person.

We had a blast, and they allowed us plenty of time to see each site. Our taxi driver also asked if anyone wanted to be dropped on the beach, rather than back downtown.

Do you think most of the taxis would be willing to do this kind of tour? We want to see the turtle farm, then hit 7 Mile Beach, and that's about it. I was thinking that we would have to catch a cab there, then a different one for the way back. What are our chances that we will find one driver who will take us to all our stops?

Thanks for the replies!

We're thinking that we might just want to see the Turtle Farm and make a brief stop in "Hell". DS13 would enjoy the Turtle Farm, and DS16 wants a t-shirt from Hell.
We'll be doing an excursion that morning, most likely the Nautilus, so a nice short trip to these two places after lunch would be nice. The idea of just having a taxi take us sounds good!
