Has anyone celebrated a birthday at Vero? Cakes at Shutters?

DS will be turning 11 while we are at Vero and I wondered if Shutters will do a birthday cake? We are planning to have his birthday dinner there. We have our car so I could get one at Publix if Shutters doesn't bake one. Any other ideas for a birthday at Vero?

I'm sure they will. I would also assume they'd like 48 hours notice. I'd call the resort during business hours ( 772) 234-2000 and ask to speak to the Food & Beverage Area Mgr.
