Does anyone one here by Annual passes for Disney?
We usually buy tickets for each trip but this year because we are going again in November and hopefully again in early April it made financial sense to purchase Annual Passes. The current price is $415 -£233 or for DVC members only $315 - £177, so substantial savings will be made

We generally buy annual passes for our trips as we schedule them so that we get the first two weeks and then the last two weeks of each twelve month period :teeth:

They are great value - especially with the DVC discount :thumbsup2

We bought Premium Annual passes in 2004 that covered two visits, very good value :)

Claire ;)

We bought Premium Annual Passes last May when we were there and we went back at Christmas. They're great value especially if you visit twice :)

My wife & I plus our 2 boys have AP's. We bought thm last October & have used them 3 times already & are back in 4 weeks for 3 weeks. The big benefit for us other than the free parking & 30% discount on the golf courses is the ability to pop to any of the parks when we want for just a couple of hours, do what we want then go & have a swim etc. You feel as though you dont have to stretch every minute of every day.
If you intend to go to the US more than once I certainly recommend buying them.

For the length of time us Brits visit APs tend to be good value even on one trip. On two trips it is great! DDE is also worth getting - I'm not sure how many Brits can manage the amount of food on the dining plan and DDE gives the discount on alcohol as well which is great for the wine with the meal!

I always buy annual Passes, last year I managed to get 32 days use out of mine, thats about £7 per day, plus I got room discounts that paid for the pass itself - disney were basically letting me in the park for free!

The Universal passes are even better value we buy 1 perfered pass to get free parking and the rest get power passes, these work out something like£100 for the perfered and £60 for the power passes- excellent value!

We've bought them for four years now and they really do represent excellent value.

We will be there for nearly four weeks this year and there's no other way!!!

We are buying AP's this time also - they do seem excellent value for money! Alan - love the picture of Joseph - he is lovely!

We are hoping to buy the Premium Annual Passes with the DVC discount so but need to check when the school holidays are next year. We are going in October and hope to go back the following August.

this is the price for the regular APs not the premiums.
We always get premium APs since they include the waterparks and DisneyQuest.

I first started getting APs in 1990, when you were taken to a very nice room for your photograph taken, and presented with a laminated pass 10 minutes later :wizard:

The current price for an adult Premium AP is $574 and $441 with DVC discount.

The savings alone are worth the price of the AP :thumbsup2

I loved the APs when they were like that. It always made sense for us to get APs, since we always come for at least 3 weeks at a time.

W have annual passes from our October 2005 trip and now we have just booked two weeks this october as we do not have to worry about the cost of passes, we would not have afforded a return trip without them.

We first got passes in 2003 for a 9 day holiday for my wifes 40th, with AP room discount and cheap flights we also got a 14 day holiday at Xmas 2005 for under £1500 for four of us.

Should also mention the Universal power pass which is around $100, this lasts for one year although it has blackout periods we have got at least 10-15 multiple entries over two vacations a real saver and you also get shopping discount in the park!

The year we got PAP's the discounts on the rooms along paid for the 4 passes
we went 3 times with in the 12 months :cheer2:
