Has anyone booked the Future Stay rate for a deluxe?

Dh is staying at WDW on the 6th so that we can get the future stay discount for our trip next August for DD's Bday. We are also bringing DNiece(same Bday +1yr as DD) and DNephew so the free dinning is worth it. We have decided to make it a special trip for the girls and because we won't be back from Okinawa again until we move in 2009 therefore we are staying (hopefully ) at a Deluxe....so has anyone had any success booking any of the deluxes? Our first choice is the Poly, then BC, then the Contemp. Our dates are Aug 5th (girls Bday) to the 11th.

I posted our future stay dates on another thread. We are booked for the POLY Aug 8th - 18th and then booked an 11th night - room only AAA rate.

We got back yesterday and in todays mail was the reservations. The total for the 10 night package is $4244.00. Extra night is $319.00.

We made the reservation on Friday November 24th. The CM stated that almost EVERY resort was "wide open" for this plan.
