Has anyone booked a package out of BUF with Funjet vacations/United?

Just wondering if anyone has flown out of BUF with Funjet vacations/United, and if so, would be willing to share their experience with me?

We are very close to booking a vacation to Mexico with them (flying on United).

Also, can a Canadian TA book book this trip for us or would I have to book direct with Funjet? I called Funjet and was told that Canadians can book with them directly, I would probably though feel more comfortable though having a Canadian TA book it though if possible.
